10.Effectively collaborates with marketing, manufacturing, and sourcing functions on product requirements, design features, and service

BS or MS – Mechanical Engineering
Experience in engineering mechanics developing dynamic systems and components and related technologies
Experience as Functional Manager/Leader/Chief engineer
Working knowledge of design for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability
Demonstrated ability to develop and grow functional teams
Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
Experience operating successfully in matrix organization is a plus
Design for Six Sigma and Lean Principles training
Excellence in analytical skills
Healthy, energetic, and can stand physical and mental pressure from the heavy management work.
Other desired qualifications:
Black Belt certified
Knowledge of power systems and / or industrial automation & controls
Knowledge of and experience with materials and molded components
