Description:
Expand your experience, gain global exposure, develop leadership competencies and gain knowledge of Eaton’s business, products, processes and functions with the Eaton MBA Internship Program. The assignment will help the participant develop a wide range of Eaton leadership competencies such as business strategy, business acumen and leveraging resources. The scope of the assignments allows interns the opportunity to provide value to the organization by achieving a well-defined, important strategic objective.
Structure:
Participants will be given assignments in a specific functional discipline such as operations, operations, supply chain, marketing or business development. Past assignments included strategic market analysis, pricing analysis and financial modeling, and supply chain efficiency improvements.
To facilitate and accelerate the on-boarding process, students are provided a competitive housing allowance and relocation reimbursement. The summer internship concludes with a formal presentation to the senior leaders of the organization, where students showcase their accomplishments and key learnings and receive feedback on their performance.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Pursuing an MBA; an undergraduate degree in engineering is preferred, with at least a GPA of 3.0 or above
A minimum of five years of post-collegiate work experience
Geographically flexible
Authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis, without visa sponsorship
