During this two-year rotational program in Europe, you will support the business and gain valuable experience as a human resources generalist which includes,

- project management
- assessment and selection
- compensation
- assessment and selection
- -HR measurement and analysis
- -culture and organization effectiveness
- coaching, consulting and facilitating
- compliance

These unique experiences will give you the chance to interact with key leaders in throughout the business and corporate headquarters and receive multiple networking and training opportunities.

You will also be expected to formally present a project update to Human Resources leadership at least once per year.

After completion of the program, you will be prepared to take on a role as a Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Specialist or Human Resources Generalist.

Alumni of the program currently hold positions as Vice President of HR Programs, Director of HR Operations, Ombudsman, Division HR Manager and Human Resources Manager.

Position starts in September 2012
Position will be based in Europe (two-year rotational program)

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Masters degree in HR or Social Sciences
