Description:
Are you ready to take what you’ve learned in your master’s program and apply it today? Eaton’s HR internship program offers fast-paced, real world, hands-on experience in the profession. Participants gain practical experience in a variety of HR areas, as well as develop leadership competencies through training, networking and coaching.

Structure:
The program offers exciting opportunities in generalist roles at one of our manufacturing plants. During your internship you will be assigned to one of our HR professionals to help guide and mentor you as you expand your HR competencies.

Various U.S. locations
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Pursuing a master’s degree in human resources or industrial/labor relations or an MBA with an HR focus

A minimum GPA of 3.0 higher

Work experience and/or previous HR internship experience recommended

Authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis, without visa sponsorship
