Eaton's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is for high-performing, high - potential candidates with a degree in accounting, finance, and economics.
This program will expose the candidates to a variety of duties within Eaton’s finance functions through 2 one-year assignments across business units and/or corporate functions that will give them a breadth of experience, help them to acquire functional skills and develop leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:
To act as technical focal financial work packages as directed by the Finance Manager.
To co-ordinate internal and external resources? in order to achieve the work package requirements in terms of cost, schedule and quality.
To ensure that customer requirements are? properly understood and to check using financial analysis.
To act as the technical point of contact for? the internal customer and to maintain or improve customer relations.
To prepare financial procedural documentation? in accordance with company procedures
This program will start in September 2012

Salary range: Between 25 to 30 000 GBP
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Outstanding academic credentials.
Desire and ambition to be a future leader in the Finance Function.
Professional experience either through internships or post education is an advantage.
Fluent English is a prerequisite. Any other European language is an asset.
Locations: Torino Italy, Monbonnot France and Titchfield UK. Participants may be required to relocate within Europe after their first year assignment.
Authorization to work in the European Union or Schengen area is required.
