Job Description Responsible for planning and directing customer service and production activities of the W34 Warehouse, W63 and SLC departments in a way that meets customer needs and satisfies company objectives. Key accountabilities of position include managing safety, cost, quality and service. Also, ensures the effective response to customer requests, problems and requirements.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Legally Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Position/Hiring Criteria:
•Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite in a Microsoft Windows environment
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Ability to deal with associate related problems (i.e., work habits, quality, attendance, training)
•Ability to motivate individuals
•Ability to initiate and maintain a good working relationship with all customers
•Ability to make decisions in an independent mode, if necessary
•Ability to drive Safety and Quality culture
Preferred Qualifications:
•1 to 2 years supervisory experience
