Job Description Eaton Corporation located in (Shenzhen) has an opening for Senior Hardware Engineer. The purpose of the position is to:
1.Lead components selection strategy.
2.Hardware design review and cooperate with other global teams in different location.
3.Define premium level hardware design spec.
4.Cross function hardware sub module interface definition and manage.
5.Define digital hardware control system and reused module.
6.Own technical training and new team member orientation.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) 1.More than 3 years experience on hardware development.
2.Development experience on power electronics device, UPS is preferrable.
3.Familiar with circuit simulation tools, eg. Pspice, Psim or Matlab.
4.Hardware quality management skill
5.Global communication skill and good spoken English skill is prefer.
