Job Description Eaton Corporation located in (Shenzhen) has one position for Firmware Engineer Development Program.
Engineering Development Program (EDP) develops newly hired, high-performing recent university graduates for future engineering talents roles and provides a source of talents for entry and mid-career positions. EDP participants (DPs”) will gain a breadth of experiences, acquire engineering functional skills and develop engineering skills while participating in the program. They will:
? Spend 2 years in challenging assignments.
? Rotate across assignments, typically in multiple engineering teams.
? Learn from both on-the-job / hands-on experiences as well as leadership training.
? High performing to contribute to value-added work.
? Fill future open positions throughout Power Quality North Asia” in Shenzhen once complete the 2 years program.
The Electrical Sector is a leader in electrical power distribution, power quality systems, industrial automation and control products and services. The electrical segment provides technology driven solutions that serve the critical needs of the industrial, utility, commercial, and residential and information technology markets.
They will be responsible for:
1.Planning and develop software modules.
2.Design control panel of software systems.
3.Develop and implement new models of software.
4.Develop quality management procedures in firmware and firmware testing technologies.
5.Plan new technology products and systems planning.
6.Select and design software control panel/new CPU/DSP.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) 1.Master degree in majors of electronics, power electronics, automation, control, professional.
2.Fluent oral English and written skill (CET-6 and above) .
3.Familiar with power electronics and control technology .
4.Team working orientation.
5.Good in problem analysis and resolution.
