Eaton Corporation Manager, Performance & Learning Consultant, Asia Pacific in Shanghai Shi, China

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Manages and develops learning solutions strategy, methodology, and tools in the APAC region. Keeps close to internal business needs by actively developing and managing internal client relationships. Actively works to share learning, training, and performance improvement “best practices” to internal clients as well as other internal training/OD professionals. Works closely with OD manager to design leadership and talent development programs and optimize process for organization development.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Qualifications

A

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, and/or instructional design. Masters degree and or certified PMP are preferred.

B

At least above 5 year experience in instructional design, learning consulting, and/or OD consulting.

C

Expertise in performance analysis tools and techniques (e.g., needs analysis, root cause analysis, flow charting/ process mapping, job roles and responsibilities mapping, developing performance measures, etc.), change management skills, organizational development skills, coaching and development skills.

D

High-level instructional design and adult learning theory skills.

E

Virtual team management. Cross cultural team building.

F

TEM-8 or fluent English writing and communication skill is a plus.
