Eaton Corporation IT Channel Manager in Shanghai Shi, China

The IT Channel Manager is an executive sales professional responsible for driving Eaton’s electrical sector APAC’s IT channel strategy by supporting and coaching local channel sales teams and channel partners in order to facilitate growth of our sales with our IT channels and partners. This position is responsible for the selling of PQD (mainly DPQ) products, services, and the sales financial results through channel partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Developing and implementing PQD IT Channel Strategy in alignment with Division sales growth objectives

  2. Be the IT Channel practice leader for Regional and Country Eaton Sales Leaders

  3. Drive the implementation of all channel sales and marketing initiatives across the APAC region

  4. Developing the Channel Program (PAPP) in alignment with global IT Channel team and drive the implementation of the program in APAC region

  5. Support and guide the division or country sales leaders and channel partners in implementing the channel strategy and program

  6. Building and maintaining relationship with key IT channel executives in APAC

  7. Build the channel competency for all APAC PQ channel personnel

  8. Identify and build key alliances to support and enhance the growth of IT channels in APAC

  9. Provide strategic direction for a team of functional reports managing approximately 50 million in sales and tripling it in 3 to 5 years
