Eaton Corporation HR Generalist in Shanghai Shi, China
1.Recruiting from internal and external
Assist in the whole recruitment process such as draft out SPQ, get HC approval, issue recruit bulletin, arrange and coordinate all rounds of interviews and prepare on-boarding process, NEO, and the probation.
Recruiting channel development, vendor management and online recruiting system maintenance.
Promote Lominger tools and apply it popularly in assessment & selection for SB06& above talents.
2.Human resource allocation
Promote employees development plans, implement and improve job rotation & internal transfer processes.
Review SPQ periodically to ensure the job matching.
Arrange and coordinate LDP/Intern program.
Follow up the implementation of buddy program.
Assist the whole processes of training demand analysis, training plan set down, training organization, training effectiveness evaluation and training results analysis.
Establish & maintain training records database and ensure the timely, accuracy and specific.
Conduct and consummate on job training and skills examination for front line employees.
Arrange and coordinate New Employee Orientation training. Update the training materials periodically and conduct some NEO trainings.
4.Compensation and benefits
Payroll releasing timely and accurately, also instruct and supervise each department to implement annual leave & work attendance checking system, and keep related information and data intact.
Conduct payroll process and prepare all the payroll related reports
Complete annual average income declaration, annual compensation & benefits survey.
Track the status of implementation for each department according to the APEX system & process.
Lead the implementation of APEX-Mfg and performance management of outsourcing employees.
Assist employee survey which includes annual employee satisfaction survey, communication effectiveness and upward feedback survey and track the implementation of action plans based on the results.
Update HR bulletin board regularly and responsible for accuracy and timely update of employees data in HRMs system.
Administrate and improve HR policies and processes related.
Complete the related part in HR monthly report.
Other assignments as appropriate.
Bachelor of Human Resources, Business management or related fields.
3-5 years of Multinational Company Training and recruiting experiences.
Good Interpersonal skills and team work spirits.
Excellent communication skills in local language and English (written & verbal)
