Job Description Eaton Corporation located in China has 12 openings for participants in the Leadership Development Program (LDP), Operations for Engineering – Industrial China. The LDP program will develop and prepare participants to work in a variety of operational areas and develop leadership competencies:
Structure: The LDP program will develop and prepare participants to work in a variety of operational areas and
develop leadership competencies:
- 3-year program; 1 assignment per year.
- Progressive rotations in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operational Excellence, Material Planning, Quality & Lean Manufacturing.
- Individual efforts and contributions are critical to success of meaningful projects.
- Opportunities of formal training, networking, and assignment coaching.
- Pipeline of future Operations Leader in Asia Pacific..
Location: Various China locations, with the possibility of cross-board assignments. Participants will relocate during the program.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) - Major in Fluid Power Control Engineering, Vehicle, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Relevant internship or co-op experience
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Demonstration of inclination and competency toward leadership roles
- Have future career aspirations in operations and manufacturing leadership
