Job Description aton Corporation located in China has 4 openings for Human Resources Development Program.
Structured as a Master level rotational development program, the Human Resources Development Program (HRDP) is designed to develop cross-business, cross-functional expertise through rotational positions. HRDP Participants are Master level graduates who are interested in Human Resources as a career. Individuals join the organization through a career track intended to develop Eaton’s leadership talent pipeline.
Structure: Rotational Structure -
Designed to build Eaton’s Organizational Capability through impactful Human Resources roles. Two assignments (at least one in a manufacturing operation) over a two-year period in two different business groups, functional areas and geographic locations are offered to foster the participants' development in a wide range of Eaton Leadership competencies.
Location: Various China locations, with the possibility of cross-board assignments. Participants will relocate during the program.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Human Resources talents are recruited from top-tier universities. To qualify for the program, candidates should possess:
• A Master degree from a reputable university, it’s better with 1-2 years' HR experience;
• Proven academic excellence;
• Track record of leadership;
• At least one relevant off-campus internship;
• Geographical flexibility and willingness to relocate within China during the two-year program and even off-program.
