Job Description Eaton Corporation in Searcy, Arkansas seeks a Project Leader- IT. Develops and acquires knowledge of best practices from industry leaders in the area of supply chain management that can be leveraged within Eaton I.S.; communicates frequently with customers of our Mfg/Pro Business system. Uses trend analysis and continuous improvement opportunities. Works with the infrastructure group to implement system changes. Proactively identifies areas where improvements can be made to prevent production problems and ensure business continuity; teams with IT and business leaders to develop detailed User Acceptance Test plans based on defined requirements. Assists business team in conducting UAT, and identifying key issues. Plans and manages the detailed implementation across I.S. operations and Eaton, including performing detailed hands on implementation tasks. Identifies and addresses key process, data or architectural issues during testing. Develops solutions to critical problems to ensure a successful implementation; works closely with business users to develop conceptual designs as well as create business and technical requirements that can be easily understood. Clearly communicates project status and issues on a regular basis; addresses conflicting priorities of team members. Develops clear, concise, verifiable and traceable requirements and project definitions, including business case, ROI, and budget. Plans and leads requirements, design, and project reviews; working closely with the MCOE Initiative Leader of ERP/Materials/Supply Chain Solutions to develop and communicate operational models and materials/supply chain deployment blueprints. Must actively participate and lead direction setting of both support and long-term strategy and vision for materials, manufacturing and supply chain solutions and applications; ensures compliance to Eaton system standards. Works closely with other Eaton IT groups to leverage and promote uniformity and standards to maximize the benefit of limited resources.


Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or related and 5 years experience. • Leads plant sales, inventory and operational planning
