Customer Service Internship Placement

During the year placement you will gain invaluable experience working with a team of diverse employees. From day one you will be mentored by highly skilled Customer Service professionals who will guide and support you to ensure you receive the maximum from your placement.
Whilst on placement as a Customer Service intern at Eaton, you will gain an understanding of the various aspects within the role. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will expand your knowledge of communicating with a ride range of customers worldwide. You will learn how to adapt efficiently to numerous customer demands, subsequently creating and maintaining positive relationships.
In addition you will join an established programme alongside a cohort of interns from across the UK offering the opportunity to attend numerous training sessions and skills workshops.
Candidates should ideally be undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 and studying in a related discipline. Please provide your first year classification on your application. As our placements are based in multiple sites across the UK you must be geographically flexible. You must have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without company sponsorship and where appropriate comply with ITAR regulations.
Applications to be received by 22 December 2017 with Assessment Centres taking place in January and February 2018.
