Eaton Corporation Cycle Count Coordinator - 2nd Shift in Roxboro, North Carolina

Eaton located in Roxboro, NC has an opening for a Cycle Count Coordinator on 2nd shift.

Position Overview:

The primary function of the role is to support inventory accuracy and to maintain control over inventory transactions in Oracle. This individual will work closely with the operations team in order to deploy cycle count standard processes and guarantee ERP utilization to report transactions in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform cycle counts in a daily basis according to Cycle Count calendars and ABC prioritization.

  • Review, analysis of corrective actions of cycle count discrepancies.

  • Lead the inventory accuracy in raw material locations.

  • Review ABC in an annual basis or as required.

  • Keep track and correct Negative inventory reports.

  • Guarantee production lines replenishments

  • Follow up critical items with Planning and Receiving to mitigate production line stoppages.

  • Operates forklift and other material handling equipment safely and conducts all required maintenance and safety checks

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain activities

  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience

  • No relocation provided. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Roxboro, NC to be considered.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain activities

Position Criteria:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

  • Oracle Experience

  • PC skills and knowledge of Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency with ERP’s (Oracle)

  • Understanding of materials flow processes and inventory management

  • Table top and floor scale knowledge

  • Mathematic and problem solving skills

  • Strong sense of urgency in order to respond in a timely fashion to critical customer and plant requests related to inventory activities (i.e. critical counting or inventory analysis)
