Sales and Marketing Center (SMC) partners with multiple Eaton businesses across different geographies to deliver incremental value and drive growth by providing best in class solutions and practices through its five integral CoEs - Sales Analytics & Market Research [SAMR], Creative CoE, Customer Services [CS], Master Data Management [MDM] and Pricing CoE. Essential Function:

A. Working closely with business for gathering and executing requirements.

B. Designing and Creation of reports in OBIEE through Answers

C. Collaborating with IT on CRM and OBIEE issues and needs on behalf of the business

D. Working closely with business and IT for CRM and OBIEE releases, including doing User

Acceptance Testing and giving sign offs

E. Coordinate user maintenance (new users, user profile changes) and perform business

administrative tasks in the CRM tool

F. Connecting with business for data accuracy, business process, and ensuring proper utilization of

the Case Management processes in the CRM tool and OBIEE reporting

G. Supporting CRM users located globally, interacting closely with a network of established super

users

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in OBIEE as business analyst

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Siebel CRM or other CRM tools

  • Basic experience with Case Management processes, preferred

  • Proficient in OBIEE Answers

  • Good business understanding, financial reporting understanding.

  • Basic experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) will be added advantage.

  • Understanding of BI Architecture.

  • Understanding of BI tools like Qlikview will be added advantage

  • Proficiency MS-Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Ability to work collaboratively. Good written and Verbal communications skills.

  • Thorough understanding of business processes & systems, specially OBIEE

  • Reasoning ability

  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate cross-functionally and with people located globally

  • Must be able to solve problem independently and make decisions
