Eaton Corporation Associate Generalist-HRBP in Pimpri Pune, India

  • Execute all Human Resources initiatives and processes to increase employee engagement, involvement, satisfaction , retention and development

  • Execute the hiring strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition Centre .

· Partner closely with HR Manager & Training focal to identify training needs and gaps across populations. Analyse the organizational needs and develop and design the training module This includes Training effectiveness and recommending development program improvements based on that data.

  • Execute Employee Satisfaction Surveys, encourage maximum participation, follow-through on action plans to increase scores on all dimensions of survey.

  • Define, develop & deploy SCM Training Calendar.

  • Develop and analyze metrics that measure the success of HR/Organization efforts.

  • Coordinate, execute and monitor SCM Training Plan, Mandatory Trainings and other OD initiatives.

  • Lead Data Audits, HR Functional Excellence etc.

  • Execute HR Operating Review, LINK, HRMS

  • Assure that statutory compliance is in place

  • Develop salary recommendations for offers to new hires, promotions, equity adjustments and merit planning in lines with the overall Compensation Philosophy.

  • Support in key HR Matrices like meeting HR Profit plan, Retention , Rewards and Recognition etc.

  • Employee database management
