Eaton Corporation Senior E-Commerce Fulfillment Strategy Manager in Peachtree City, Georgia
Eaton’s Lighting Division is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Fulfillment Strategy Manager for our Peachtree City, GA facility.
This position ultimately drives supply chain and operational efficiency for both Eaton and the e-commerce accounts we service through development of e-commerce order fulfillment practices, demand and lifecycle planning, and cost saving initiatives whilst improving operational metrics.
Partner with internal teams including account management and distribution center teams to determine how to best fulfill all products available to e-commerce customers. For example, determine whether stock needs to be deployed across the distribution center network versus being consolidated in one or a few places that have e-commerce fulfillment capabilities.
Forecast supply for e-commerce accounts in partnership with the account managers and ensure allocation of supply needed is available in the right place at the right time.
Deploy best practices learned from e-commerce to all businesses within Eaton Lighting with small parcel or drop ship enabled.
Partner with e-commerce account operations teams to setup the appropriate systems to best transmit information to each other.
Evaluate the third party carriers being used to deliver product to e-commerce accounts and make suggestions for changes or improvements.
Collaborate with the customer service teams on understanding root causes for any operational chargebacks to establish changes that need to be made to avoid future expenses.
Create e-commerce specific shipping and packaging standards.
Monitor e-commerce account availability and ordering frequency to find defects that are driving too low or too high inventory levels to make recommendations for changes.
Strategize ways to reduce lead times while optimizing for cost savings.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or customer fulfillment
Must be eligible to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates must live within 50 miles of Peachtree City, GA.
A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, business, or supply chain from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 4 years working in a demand planning, forecasting, distribution, supply chain management, or consulting role.
E-Commerce and/or omni-channel experience
Experience creating and deploying new processes
A minimum of 2 years of experience and proven proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite.
