The primary function of the Materials Supervisor is to supervise the packaging, shipping, receiving, kitting, material handling and related transportation administrative activities of all assigned employees to meet plant goals.

Specific Duties Include:

A. Provide direct supervision for distribution personnel. Participate in decisions involving hiring, wage/salary administration, performance evaluations and other personnel related activities.

B. Provide coaching, motivation, and counseling to employees to encourage optimum performance and continued skill development. Effectively plan and manage the organization and utilization of people, technology and materials to achieve continuous improvement in departmental performance.

C. Maintain relationships with all common carriers and custom brokers to assure that the plant’s logistical needs are met with the most expeditious and cost effective means. Determine type of transportation services required to meet customer’s needs.

D. Responsible for planning and directing customer shipments in a way that meets customer needs and satisfies company objectives, including communicating directly with the customer and Eaton customer service or sales staff.

E. Reviews order board to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.

F. Maintain processes and controls for complying with the import and export classification laws and regulations of the countries into which its goods are imported or from which they are exported.

G. Navigate databases to get information on past and future shipments or receipts, monitor and own the inventory in Finished Goods and Receiving.

H. Employ continuous improvement framework so as to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shipping errors.

I. Direct movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas.

J. Complete and file reports with Federal and State regulatory agencies as required.

K. Continuously monitor and improve the working environment to ensure a safe workplace.

L. Provide effective &amp; timely verbal and written communication between management, supervisors and departmental personnel.

M. Maintain all departmental work, vacation, overtime and related schedules.

N. Define and maintain
efficient manning levels working from projected production schedules.

O. Perform other related duties and responsibilities.

• Manage an intensive and robust audit program on critical areas to improve product quality.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean concepts and process (Six Sigma Greenbelt, ASQ Certification)
• Knowledge of statistics and statistical process control, including gage repeatability and reproducibility studies.
• Assembly processes and the flow of material through a plant.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications (GD&amp;T)

The Project Manager will be focused on driving financial improvements and customer satisfaction on nuclear projects through continuous improvement of the Project Management processes used by field based Project Managers (PM’s) and Project Engineers (PE’s).

The Project Manager will drive the Project Management Process and its associated elements throughout the team to ensure accurate, complete and timely data with which fact based decisions and evaluations can be made.

The scope of the organizational responsibility is order entry, technical product change and pricing negotiation, configuration changes, approval and construction drawing preparation and changes, order management, financial management including variances and customer claims, warranty resolution and customer satisfaction measurement.

Specific Functions
2. List the specific functions that must be performed in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above.

A. Work independently to create and execute project plans for the required schedule and budget using industry recognized project management tools and methods.

B. Assure contract obligations are met by independently assessing the requirements, monitoring progress and taking corrective action to ensure compliance with purchase order requirements.

C. Coordinate product line submittals, track product line commitments on a schedule, and provide oversight to delivery of quality products in accordance with the approved project plan.

D. Work closely with the Nuclear Project Management Team and District Sales Teams to effectively manage risk using industry recognized techniques and through timely and accurate execution of operational tasks.

E. Work closely with the Nuclear Project Management and District Sales Teams to ensure accurate and timely forecasting, resource allocation planning and confidence in performance.

F. Drive value selling and customer preference by influencing customers earlier in the sales cycle. Contribute during proposal preparation on assigned projects to ensure a competitive and complete proposal including ensuring risks are properly identified, and mitigated according to company procedures.

G. Drive performance against key financial drivers and Key Performance Indicators including sales volume and margin, variances, customer satisfaction survey metrics and expense budget management.

H. Drive connectivity between the new equipment project management phase and the ongoing service and aftermarket phase of the facility lifecycle through a consistent communication and handoff process between the project management and service sales teams.

I. Collect customer feedback and communicate data and suggestions for improvement to key product lines and management within Eaton. Escalate customer situations effectively to key management personnel to drive acceptable solutions to challenging circumstances.

J. Clearly communicate status and issues to internal and external stakeholders.

K. Communicate the vision for Nuclear Project Management to customers, peers, and management based on concepts established by the Nuclear Team Lead.

The incumbent will be solution and detailed oriented with extensive experience delivering Siebel applications. Versatile, flexible and have held roles such as Business Analyst, Developer, Configurator, and production support. Possess in-depth knowledge in all aspects of the development life cycle including analysis, design, testing and development.

The incumbent will participate in gathering and translating business requirements and specifications into Siebel technical programming specifications. Creates well-written and reliable Siebel application programs and business objects. Performs unit testing and documentation activities on Siebel application. Communicates and collaborates with team members and internal customers. This person will be required to be a business analyst, developer, and project manager.

The key responsibilities of this position includes:

Business Development:
Works in conjunction with the business leadership and application consumers to implement solutions in support of the primary function/purpose.

Vendor Management:
Develops and maintains close relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure alignment between business goals and IT strategy, and direction of the vendors.

Project Management:
Oversees several parallel projects, ranging in scope and complexity, ensuring that standards are followed.  Coordinates with development, administrative, and project teams to assure smooth implementations and achievement of stated business outcomes. Applies knowledge of technology and business functions to establish ballpark development efforts and costs for IT requests. Works with project and resource managers to develop estimates based on available resource hours and project scope.

Requirements Definition:
Translates business, customer, and supplier needs into business requirements. Creates technical requirements based on knowledge of business process and recommends business process improvements. Maintains a standard process for clear, concise, verifiable and traceable requirements and project definitions, including business case development.

Analysis, Design and Construction:
Evaluate, propose, and recommend alternative solutions to solve business problems and improve business processes in support of the operation's key strategies. Understand the validity of IT requests and make initial determination of severity of impact on currently available systems. Analyzes complex applications and solutions in terms of business process as well as IT strategic fit and application roadmap execution.  Sets and enforces standard processes and application release cycles, and recommends and implements improvements based on emerging technology and industry best practices.  Set and Enforces standards on code management and development methodologies.

Testing and Implementation:
Ensures that appropriate testing is conducted, and installation procedures are used/applied consistently, in accordance with appropriate governance standards and the policies of the organization.

Production Support &amp; Customer Service:
Communicates frequently with application consumers. Audits installed systems and processes in order to identify areas for process improvement. Ensures appropriate response to requests for help and support from internal customers. Trains application consumers to understand and use the solution to support business goals.

Standardization:
Partners with the business data owners &amp; subject matter experts to develop applications standards across the enterprise. Develops standard models to ensure that systems and data are defined and used consistently across the business.

Compliance:
Implements solutions that fulfill the requirements of all applicable process and data governance standards (e.g. SOX, ITAR). Manages work activities in accordance with the established process and documentation standards.

Management and Leadership:
Supervises the activities of other IT personnel as/when required, including outsource and/or offshore resources as appropriate.

Position criteria:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Siebel functional role including functional design and business process documents, creating detail requirements, preparing test cases, testing, and production support on Siebel 7.8 and above applications. EIM AI, workflow, reports, Siebel components, Siebel sales, eCustomer, and Order Management applications.
• Experience in Oracle and HP-UX and/or LINUX environment and ability to troubleshoot and understand server processes, understand log files, etc.
• Must be able to communicate with users at all levels of the organization. Communications with stakeholders, clients, and internal technical teams is critical.
• Must be able to translate client user requirements into data flows, data mapping etc. Can lead functional requirements gathering and scoping for applications.
• Experience designing\developing complex business function into Siebel Tools.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; ability to interview user community; translate business information requirements into logical/physical data into Siebel CRM functionality.
• Must have experience developing test plans and detailed test scripts.
• Must have at least one year experience working with a global team.
• Will be required to train others on using Siebel technology including Siebel Tools/Web Services.

The position requires the manager to be a knowledgeable user of the Asset Management System at all levels and to understand the Oracle financial system.

- The manager will act as a major contributor to enterprise and local computing standards while ensuring adherence to those standards. Responsible for maintaining focus on support of approved network PC hardware/software management of assets, conformance to standards, and coordination of services. This position requires the manager to be flexible and to ensure that the technicians reporting to this position are skilled enough to support hardware and software applications that are not defined or established as supported when a business need has clearly been defined.

- As the manager of Site Infrastructure Support, thereby representing the IT community, who is perceived by the user base as the face of IT, it is the responsibility of the manager to ensure that IT directives are followed, especially in regards to proper software licensing. The manager will also oversee that the Support Analysts also assist the user community with regard to the appropriate use of company owned computer assets.

- Responsible for assuming a leadership role when participating in PC rollouts, integrations, relocations, and upgrades for both the local and remote sites. The manager will specify or recommend strategies for completing these projects in a timely manner with minimal interruption to the computing needs of the user. The manager will work along with other managers in IT to ensure that Project timelines are adhered to and the deadlines are met.

- In the course of managing IT support functions, the manager will be required to interface with other IT communities including but not limited to: Enterprise Support, Enterprise Network Services, Enterprise Operations Center, Eaton’s Global Support Center, and the various software development teams. The manager may be the first person from IT to recognize potential network connectivity issues or potential conflicts between software applications and as such must work in an amicable and coordinated manner with the affected groups to resolve the issues.

- The manager must be able to facilitate the professional development of the personnel reporting to this position. The manager will conduct regular performance reviews, coach employees in their professional development and manage performance issues. Training and certification opportunities should be recognized and taken advantage of to ensure that the support personnel reporting into this position are current in their level of technical knowledge.

- The manager needs to oversee the desk-side and phone-side personnel in the course of day-to-day troubleshooting and to ensure that the technicians and support personnel will discover ways to resolve problems and perform processes in a more streamlined manner. The manager will ensure that personnel are using Enterprise Support’s Knowledge Base and actively participating in growing the database with correct procedures.

- The manager will ensure that the IT support staff reporting into this position can provide assistance to the user community, to ensure that they understand how their systems operate within the infrastructure of the WAN and telecommunication systems. This will assist that the contacts made with the user base promote and foster an educated user community. In turn, this training and education will facilitate an overall better support system by ensuring that personnel better understand who to contact for IT support.

- The manager will also be responsible for other technical systems and the personnel that support them. This includes maintaining the functionality of printers and print servers where appropriate. This also includes maintaining the functionality of phone systems and the backbone equipment where necessary.

Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The EHS Analyst is responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Health and Safety Programs within the facility. He/She will continuously execute and evaluate the EHS and Eaton MESH programs to identify and implement improvement opportunities. The EHS Analyst will facilitate process development and documentation, provide technical and administrative leadership, and administer training to ensure regulatory and MESH compliance. The EHS Analyst also assists with development and achievement of strategic initiatives designed to produce verifiable world-class manufacturing performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Responsible for overall implementation of the Management of Environmental Safety and Health (MESH) Program and continual evaluation of the program to identify and implement improvement opportunities. Directs and/or supports development and deployment of EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 registration, VPP, Industria Limpia, etc.) as appropriate.
B. Ensures that inspections and job hazard analyses are conducted and that corrective actions are identified and implemented.
C. Responds to environmental, health and safety concerns; identifies and implements corrective actions. Monitors and manages all waste streams to ensure proper disposal. Coordinates third party industrial hygiene audits and hazard assessments as needed.
D. Ensures that all safety programs (lockout/tagout, hazard communication, hearing conservation, personal protective equipment, etc.) are fully implemented and in compliance.
E. Ensures that all EHS-related training is conducted as needed. Evaluates training programs to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
F. Assists investigation of accidents and near-misses; ensures that causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented. Ensures that all occupational illnesses and injuries are recorded according to OSHA standards.
G. Maintains a listing of all on site chemicals and current Material Safety Data Sheets.
H. Ensures that Form R’s, Tier 1/Tier 2, air emissions and permit reports are submitted accurately and timely. Submits regular and requested test reports to POTW as needed.
I. Establishes and maintains relationships with governmental authorities on matters of mutual concern including voluntary certification, maintenance of environmental permits, submission of required reports, and maintenance of data.
J. Coordinates and evaluates Emergency Evacuation Procedures and Drills.
K. Complies with Eaton’s ethics policy and keeps management informed of issues associated with regulatory compliance.
L. Assists with development of annual capital budget planning. Lead/manage capital projects where appropriate.

The Design Engineer is responsible for performing a wide variety of engineering and technical tasks involving the application of engineering knowledge and the development of solutions to complex problems pertaining to products, materials, manufacturing processes, tests and unique customer applications. Position Criteria:
• Demonstrated proficiency in 3D CAD software programs such as AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, Inventor, ProE, Solid Edge required.

• Working knowledge of harnesses and inner-connectivity for power electronics.

• Prepare indirect cost proposals and incurred costs claims to insure compliance and to obtain cost recovery consistent with regulations and standards.
• Works closely with accounting staff, contract teams, company attorneys and compliance to ensure that company proposals, billings and claims comply with Government contract cost accounting regulations and that costs charged to the Government are allocable and allowable.
• Maintain records to support Government audits and fact finding.
