Eaton Corporation Regional Retail Sales Manager in Montreal, Canada

Eaton’s Residential Wiring Devices Division is seeking a Regional Retail Sales Manager. This position can be located in Ontario or Quebec.

This position will be based out of your home office.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for directly interfacing with assigned customers by providing a variety of sales support and administrative services. They are expected to drive sales, profitability, brand awareness, channel presence, mix assortment and customers. They are responsible for growing sales within the Canadian marketplace, specifically Canada retail accounts.

Essential Functions:

•Generating customer orders.

•Shelf presentation/allocation.

•Physical appearance of selling space (POG integrity).

•Processing customer returns (RTV process).

•Resolving overall customer service issues.

•Coordination of all field marketing events and schedules.

•Follow through with all major stakeholders on any project or initiative.

•Upper level customer management interface (RMM, DM, SM interaction).

•Territory objectives and strategic plans (work with ASM to develop).

•All territory training programs and events.

•POS tracking and market growth initiatives, year over year growth initiatives.

•Interface de gestion de clientèle de niveau supérieur (RMM, DM, SM interaction)

•Atteindre les objectifs et plans stratégiques (travailler avec ASM pour planifier)

•Organiser des programmes et événements de formation sur le territoire

•Initiatives de suivi POS et de croissance du marché, initiatives de croissance d'une année à l'autre.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

•Minimum of 4 years of professional retail sales/ marketing experience.

•Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship

No relocation benefits provided. Must live in Ontario or Quebec to be considered.

Must be Bilingual in English and French

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Ability to work independent of local management presence.

•Strong communication and presentation skills.

•Ability to travel approximately 25%.
