Job Description Eaton Electrical Services & Systems division has an opening in Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico for an Aftermarket Center of Excellence Supervisor.
The primary function of this position is to run the operation of the ACE providing leadership for the ACE teams and the execution of key projects.
The ACE Supervisor:
• Assures sales, profit plan, growth goals are achieved in concert with region and ACE commitments.
• Assures deliverables are in compliance with customer, Eaton Corp. and government regulations
• Directs and coordinates the activities of the ACE towards achieving sales, profit, utilization and growth goals.
• Executes projects in accordance with EESS major projects best practices and training.
• Implements quality and process improvement initiatives such as ISO, EBE, lean etc.
• Supports region and ACE sales by actively participating in planning and execution of major account projects
• Develops customer affinity with specified accounts through superior service and solutions delivery.
• Develops and implements the approved ACE cost centre plan
• Interfaces and coordinates with other internal and external business units to procure parts and services for the operations.
• Assures an effective and skilled staff through recruiting, goal setting, communications, development, appraisal and conformance to applicable company policies in collaboration with HR.
• Assures the safety of all employees and strict compliance with safety policies.
• Assures the security and effective allocation of company resources and assets.

• Is fully versed in aftermarket solutions capabilities able to successfully prescribe to customer opportunities.
• Knows major competitors in market area and their alignment with distributors. Understands strengths and weaknesses of competitors and their products and knows their customer base.
• Has the ability to write and execute an aftermarket solutions strategy with the objective of providing optimal country support and service to the customer.
• Possesses knowledge of Power Distribution and Control products
• Demonstrates ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to assure long-term customer satisfaction.
• Is able to utilize time effectively and handle multiple tasks at one time. Can prioritize work to get important things done first.
• Possesses the understanding of how teams work and is recognized as a leader maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Is an effective contributing member of the service and quality teams. Encourages teamwork and suggests ways to make the team more effective. Assumes a leadership role and effectively assigns tasks.
• Demonstrates ability to apply the quality process across business unit and functional lines.
• Is computer savvy with working knowledge of all software packages relevant to successful performance of tasks.
• Demonstrates knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with electrical and electronic equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Electrical Engineering Degree is highly valued
• Advanced understanding of the company’s and competitor’s electrical, electronic and mechanical products and services is preferred
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) • Electrical Technical Degree
• 5 years minimum of experience in project management and related aftermarket solutions activities
• English Language Intermediate Level certification minimum
