Job Description The primary function of this role is to support Eaton Brands with technical support by telephone and email to all Customers linked to the UK & Ireland Country Sales Organisation.

Will be receiving a very large number of incoming telephone calls on a day-to-day basis which must be handled proficiently.

The essential functions of the role include:

- Ensure telephone technical customer service is provided for the Technical Services Dept for customers within UK and Ireland
- Provide a first time resolve service to technical service queries covering all Eaton Electric UK products
- Log relevant queries within the CQM system
- Liaise with QA and issue any relevant Technical Reports
- Support and train Customer Support function in Technical Telecom response
- Attend Site visits to resolve and recommend a Technical Services Solution or action
- Work closely with the Product Line Teams to maintain up to date knowledge of all existing and new product developments
- Ensure an out of hours” rotational shift coverage is supported to assist customers at expanded hours
- Explore and Recommend improvements to the Technical Services function
- Work as a team, along with colleague in Birmingham and Slough to ensure adequate telephone cover is available at all times.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) The incumbent must have extensive electrical knowledge within a respective field. Preferably holding a recognized Electrical Qualification.

A Can do” attitude is paramount with Customer Service experience required.
