Job Description 1.Overseeing Assembly, Forging and CNC Workshop, involving into the pre-production (planning) stage to ensure good customer OTD. Develops improvements in production methods, standards, and procedures to insure effective use of resources.
2.Insures production objectives are met within approved budget, schedules, and quality specifications.
3.Ensuring new product trail-producing timely and quality based on involving into product design
4.Drawing up a production schedule as reference for order-taking and output scheduled quality products on-time.
5.Estimating manufacturing costs and ensuring in-house products quality. Assisting to analyze quality issue and solve quality problem.
6.Continuing to use lean tools and promote employee engagement for improving productivity.
Being in charge of implementation safety guidelines and process in workshops and leading JSA update and train timely.
7.Requisitions tools, machines, and equipment as needed to support production. Maintains equipment and machines to optimize production output
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) 1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related disciplines;
2.Over 5 years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years in similar position;
3.Extremely good understanding of manufacturing philosophy such as lean, 6sigma, JIT etc with international companies;
4.Good teacher and ability to develop and motivate others;
5.Good team player and communication skill;
6.Fluently reading English skill
