Execute GL accounting responsibilities efficiently and align with standard process, Eaton policy, GAAP and related laws
Provide an excellent service to internal customers of the Shared Service Centre GL/FA function, in excess of expectations.
Perform as the business partnership with supported ledgers
Deploys GL Team process improvement
Keeps up-to-date with key business changes and process/technical trends and acts quickly to acquire the knowledge and skills that will contribute to making the organization an industry benchmark.
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years working experience in accounting, 1 year in General Ledger function is preferred
SAP ERP experience is preferred
Professional Accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA) is preferred
Be familiar with PRC/US GAAP
Change Management Experienced is preferred
