Eaton Corporation Senior Analyst HR in IN-City, India

  • Effectively plan and implement employee engagement programs, along with the Employee work groups and committees.

  • Develop Annual Communication Plan and engage the leadership team in its execution

  • Engage with the Cross functional managers to support and evaluate the Training & Development programs for the employees.

  • Ensure effective deployment of APEX for Mfg.

  • Undertake CSR projects with the CSR team members.

  • Provide for an appropriate sounding board to the leadership team.

  • Provide HR support to all HR transactional activities associated with employee new hire, payroll and employee exit.

  • Ensure all legal / statutory compliances.

  • Help design, support and implement local organization change programs as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in HR

  • Working experience of 12 to 15 years

  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, MS Access)

  • Experience of working in multi shift / multi-site manufacturing environment

  • Written & oral communication skills
