Job Description • The professional will prospect, contact and visit potential customers, distributors and representatives exploring new opportunities, adequate territory coverage to sell Eaton filtration products and services;
• Maintain price policy and use of IT tools as customer connect and other;
• Meet sales objectives, performance expectations and requirements, developing value proposition to address customer needs in the market;
• Develop and manage customers by maintaining strong and loyal business partners in the region to enhance long term business prospects;
• Maintain strategic relationship and identify key accounts; create and execute key account plans;
• Analyze and utilize market intelligence data on competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits and be participative in the sales strategies development;
• Grow products sales as determined by profit plan, executing approved sales strategy for the segment;
• Provide market requirements to marketing team in order to develop advertising material for the assigned market;
• Sell assigned product line in designated geography or industry with the objective of optimizing sales volume, product mix and profit margin;
• Administer all phases of sales process to insure effective and timely customer service and response;
• Understand Eaton’s strategic objectives and your role in attaining these objectives;
• Perform all related activities as necessary to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
• Assure that Eaton Code of Ethics and Doing Business Right are applied in the activities and business interactions;
• Represent the company in technical / commercial and trade fair events and conventions.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
• 4 – 6 years of experience in Filtration or Hydraulic market, and knowledge mainly of the Process and Hydraulic/Lubrification markets;
• Demonstrated ability to relate to senior executives and to make presentations;
• Good product and technical knowledge;
• To be worked in competitive companies can be a differential;
• Intermediate English and Spanish skills;
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point);
• Team work and communications skills, Incumbent must be enthusiastic, detail oriented, comfortable with customer interaction.
