A. Work out and improve the relevant HR workflow, to ensure it meets the requirements of laws, regulations, local policies and Eaton procedures;
B. Analyze recruitment requirements , work out and implement recruitment plans.
C. Work out and implement annual training plan, improve the company's training system construction and development
D. Improve the performance management system and implement
E. Responsible for communication, engagement programs, staff activities
F. Ensure Eaton projects go smoothly in our site;
G.Update HR management system to ensure the accuracy of data and provide support for HR management.
Qualifications1. Bachelor degree,Fluent English Skills
Above 3 years working experience in all HR function except C&B
Excellent in PPT and Excel
Excellent in organization, coordination and communication skills
Good project management skills
