Eaton Corporation Customer Support Representative (CSR) in Guangdong Sheng, China

  1. Communicate to customer on routine basis to understand customer needs

  2. Receive customer orders and verify PN, price etc., and accurately key in order in SAP system timely

  3. Confirm promise date to customers per written confirmation from contact person of related plants, keep tracking order status change with plant and customer, provide feedback immediately if any major change

  4. Coordinate with customer & related plants for shipment arrangement and send shipping docs to customers timely

  5. Support all requirements from customers, especially on urgent request.

  6. Request customer to provide rolling forecast, complete forecast analysis and then load it to SAP system before due time

  7. Complete various report required for business, especially for weekly and monthly order report & sales report etc.

  8. Quote for new product.

  9. Complete other jobs or tasks assigned by supervisor/manager as needed

Qualifications* Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Sales Support, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management / International Trade or related areas.

  • 2 + years’ experience in Sales support, Customer Service, Supply Chain / Logistics field.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and patient during business-to-business transactions.

  • Computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office and literacy with the Internet, and better prefer if have SAP (or equivalent ERP) experience.

  • Process oriented and can work independently.

  • A good team player with excellent organization and coordination skills.

  • Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
