A. 制定和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程,完善人力资源管理体系,确保其符合法律法规、当地政策及伊顿程序要求;

B. 分析招聘需求,建立与维护人才引进渠道,制定与实施招聘计划,确保高效地达成招聘目标,满足企业运营需求;

C. 分析企业培训需求,制定并实施年度培训计划,完善公司培训体系建设,发展及提升人员能力;

D. 制定及完善绩效管理体系,监督管理职员工绩效考评工作,帮助公司及员工搭建合理公平的绩效评估体系;

E. 负责企业员工沟通管理,协助开展员工活动,推动企业文化宣传建设,营造和谐的组织文化氛围和工作环境;

F. 宣导及推行集团总部的整合项目,保证项目在本公司的顺利导入及运行;

G. 更新、维护人力资源信息管理系统,确保其数据准确无误,为人力资源管理工作提供支持。

资历1. 熟知劳动法及人力资源相关法律法规

  1. 3年及以上制造企业招聘、培训、员工关系经验,具备搭建企业内部培训体系的能力

  2. 熟练运用办公软件,擅长制作PPT

  3. 英语听、说、读、写流利
