Eaton Corporation CNC Programmer in Euclid, Ohio
Eaton’s Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division is seeking a CNC Programmer. The CNC Programmer will be based at our Euclid, OH facility.
The Euclid facility has approximately 400 employees and is a leader in the design, development, manufacture and delivery of Aerospace Fuel Pumping components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets.
The CNC Programmer will be responsible for generating programs for multi-axis CNC Lathes, Machining Centers and Grinders for the manufacture of high grade steel and aluminum aircraft components.
Generate programs for multi-axis CNC Lathes, Machining Centers and Grinders.
Design and implement cutting tools and fixtures.
Develop effective documentation of set-up procedures and provide training.
Provide floor support to all manufacturing areas.
Participate in continuous improvement projects that complement Eaton’s Lean Manufacturing and Cost Out methodologies.
Support the procurement and start-up of new capital equipment.
Share expertise in ‘Design for Manufacturability’ reviews.
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Programming.
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
No relocation provided. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Euclid, OH facility to be considered.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferred.
Master Cam experience.
CAD experience (Catia).
Lean manufacturing experience.
