Eaton's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is for high-performing, high - potential candidates with a degree in accounting, finance, and economics.

This program will expose the candidates to a variety of duties within Eaton’s finance functions through 2 one-year assignments across business units and/or corporate functions that will give them a breadth of experience, help them to acquire functional skills and develop leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

To act as technical focal financial work packages as directed by the Finance Manager.
To co-ordinate internal and external resources? in order to achieve the work package requirements in terms of cost, schedule and quality.
To ensure that customer requirements are? properly understood and to check using financial analysis.

Eaton's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is for high-performing, high - potential candidates with a degree in accounting, finance, and economics.

This program will expose the candidates to a variety of duties within Eaton’s finance functions through 2 one-year assignments across business units and/or corporate functions that will give them a breadth of experience, help them to acquire functional skills and develop leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

To act as technical focal financial work packages as directed by the Finance Manager.
To co-ordinate internal and external resources? in order to achieve the work package requirements in terms of cost, schedule and quality.
To ensure that customer requirements are? properly understood and to check using financial analysis.
To act as the technical point of contact for? the internal customer and to maintain or improve customer relations.
To prepare financial procedural documentation? in accordance with company procedures

Description:
From talent acquisition to talent management and everything in between, the Eaton Leadership Development Program – Human Resources can help get your career started on the right foot. The purpose of this program is to develop human resources professionals who have the breadth of experience and knowledge required to be a successful leader in a fast-paced, global organization. Take advantage of this great opportunity to build your career!

Structure:
During this two-year program you will gain valuable experience working in our manufacturing facilities serving as HR generalist supporting key client groups. These unique experiences will give you the chance to interact with key leaders in different businesses and receive multiple networking and training opportunities. You will also be expected to formally present a project update to Human Resources leadership at least once per year.

After completion of the program, you will be prepared to take on a role as a human resources supervisor, human resources specialist or human resources generalist.

Alumni of the program currently hold positions as vice president of HR programs, vice president HR operations, ombudsman, division HR manager and human resources manager.

Location:
Various U.S. locations. Participants will relocate during the program.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Master’s degree in human resources or an MBA

Minimum GPA or 3.0 or higher

Work or internship experience within HR

Leadership aptitude and a desire to build a career in human resources

Authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis, without visa sponsorship

That’s why the Eaton Leadership Development Program – Finance &amp; Accounting is perfect for you. This three-year program is designed to develop future finance leaders and provide them with a broad understanding of accounting, finance and several Eaton businesses. Start your career with Eaton and drive your success.

Structure:
As a participant in the program, you will complete three one-year assignments that will give you the hands-on experience to get started in your career. These assignments may include working as a financial analyst, cost accountant, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) auditor or treasury analyst.

After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could quality you for roles such as accounting manager, senior financial analyst, senior treasury analyst or SOX team lead.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business with an emphasis on accounting, finance or economics, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Relevant internship or co-op experience

Leadership aptitude and desire to build a career in accounting/finance
