Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Master of Engineering Degree or related science and two to six years of related industry experience.
1-3 years Test engineering experience in automotive engine or engine component systems. Technical knowledge of powertrain components and powertrain applications. Advanced knowledge of test stand mechanics and electronics coupled with advanced computer skills including experience with data acquisition and tester control systems are required. Advanced knowledge of Aerodynamics and influence on Boosting system behavior, preferable advanced knowledge of Aerodynamic Simulation tools e.g. GT-Power, Ansys CFX, Numeca, etc. Strong project management and organization skills. Good communication skills with an emphasis on technical writing and presentation. QS9000 and/ or TS-16949 experience preferred.

Knowledge of mainstream test engineering practices/principles including design of experiments (DOE) and gauge repeatability and reproduceability (GR&amp;R) studies. Solid understanding of vehicle powertrain systems and internal combustion engines.

INSTRUMENTATION &amp; DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEMS: Experience with laboratory instrumentation components/systems and mainstream data acquistion platforms such as National Instruments, LMS. TESTER DESIGN:

This role will provide integration support to the Hydraulics Group, Filtration Division Integration Controller and Plant Controllers for Internormen and Begerow in order to integrate document processes and help establish practices consistent with Eaton policies. Essential functions:
A. Integration process improvements - design and develop process improvements for both Internormen and Begerow

C. Specific to Internormen, assist the Plant Controller with implementation of MfgPro

E. Work with the Begerow finance team on the required Eaton compliance standards around balance sheet reconciliations. Implement a practice consistent with the Hydraulics Group requirements for the German parent ledger in addition to all US and non-US subsidiary ledgers
F. Work with the Begerow finance team and the Integration Controller to develop a process for streamlining the Germany parent and subsidiary general ledger mapping
G. Work with the Plant Controllers to streamline the chart of accounts for the parent and subsidiaries and ensure Eaton can obtain the required financial information to make decisions
H. Work with the Internormen and Begerow finance teams to foster a team environment in order to improve accounting processes, standardize monthly closing procedures and streamline financial reporting requirements

Responsible for simplifying financial structures e.g. legal entities, banking and tax. Ensures country financial structure reviews are systematically performed in all countries. Ensures the compliance and risk frameworks are deployed in all countries. Ensures end to end process improvements are driven across all countries, partnering with other process stakeholders to improve process efficiency, effectiveness and internal control. Is a proactive business partner to Sectors/Operations in the country cluster, enabling the business Finance team to focus on business issues. Acts as a liaison with the International Shared Service Centres (ISSC) and the ledgers in the cluster to ensure transaction activity is migrated promptly to the ISSC. Provides acquisitions due diligence support as requested.

This position is responsible for building organizational capability within the Accounting Operations team and to provide a leadership role. The function will closely operate with the European and WHQ Finance teams, ISSC, various other Corporate departments and all operating divisions in the above countries.

Is responsible for all matters associated with internal controls, internal auditing, external audit, statutory reporting and financial advice. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Corporate Policy and legal requirements; functions as an agent of change to improve systems and procedures. This position is responsible for successful liaison among internal audit, WHQ/EHQ accounting, treasury, tax, legal and operations on matters involving both U.S. reporting and the differing local statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements within the cluster.

The role includes Board representation on Eaton subsidiaries in country.

Essential functions:
A. Deploys EMEA Finance Vision, driving country cluster teamwork, business partnering, customer service and transaction processing &amp; compliance execution efficiency &amp; effectiveness. Ensures Vision project deadlines are met. Migrate transaction activity &amp; accounting processes to the ISSC as directed.

Ensures country reviews are executed in compliance with the standard country review process and issues are reported to senior Finance leadership.

E. Supervise and coach Country Cluster Accounting Managers &amp; direct reports.

F. Deploy, monitor and ensure compliance to USGAAP, local GAAP, corporate policy, WHQ/EHQ guidelines internal control, compliance and risk frameworks and other requirements. Plan, control and coordinate to ensure current and future corporate and regulatory requirements are identified and complied with in a timely and cost effective manner. Actively maintain the control environment within the country cluster. Executes Balance Sheet Reviews (as per Financial policy) and ensures Corporate ledgers in country cluster perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reviews.

G. Ensure statutory reporting deadlines are met (including timely filing of statutory accounts, VAT returns and Corporation tax returns).

H. Provide accounting leadership, oversight, training, advice and assistance to other Corporate teams and Sectors/Operations in accordance with USGAAP, local GAAP, Corporate Policy, internal control, auditing, tax and treasury requirements. Interact with Tax and Treasury EMEA to deploy and execute effective plans for the country cluster. Support internal audit activity in cluster and communicate lessons learned to improve internal control and develop organizational capability. Provide liaison and facilitation between Sectors/Operations, external auditors, tax advisors and EHQ functions in country cluster on financial and operating matters.

I. Ensures ethical standards are maintained across all jurisdictions and provides guidance, training and education of accounting professionals in this cluster.

J. Supports the Corporate Legal Entity Simplification team efforts in the country cluster.

K. Supports the Project Link efforts in the country cluster.

We have a vacancy for a Sales Manager for the EMEA Region (male/female) based in the Altlussheim, Germany.

This position will report directly to the Business Unit Manager Filtration EMEA and serve as a key member of the Filtration EMEA Management Team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales of the Internormen products and applications in defined branches and countries.
The role of the Sales Manager is to proactively and systematically develop new direct &amp; indirect business as a contributor while also to develop, manage, mentor the sales representatives (Field Sales &amp; Inside Sales). This is a critical position for a sales professional ideally with experience in the filtration industry.

Essential functions:
A. Consultancy and sale of Internormen products, solutions and services
B. Manage the Regional Sales Budget and reach revenue targets
C. Developing the sales through the acquisition of new customers and dealer/distributor support
D. Defining and implementing new sales strategies, business and market opportunities; develop selling concepts and identify areas of improvement in the products and processes, assist in creating and implementing solutions
E. Work with all sales personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
F. Technical and commercial support and negotiation with selected customers
G. Linking acquired projects with appropriate internal and external responsible contacts
H. Market observation and investigation, keep up to date on market trends and new products, identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company
I. Reporting of turnover, market situation, projects and customer visits
J. Instruct, train, mentor and manage direct reports and other inside sales resources as assigned
K. Provide guidance and constructive feedback to the Direct &amp; Indirect sales team and improve overall direct &amp; Indirect sales department performance
L. Represent Eaton Filtration in a positive and professional manner inside and outside of Eaton
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Basic Qualifications:

• Mechanical, process, chemical or industrial engineering graduate degree or related technical disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in sales management in multi-national companies of industrial products like valves, pumps, filter, apparatus and equipment engineering/construction or generation station technology
• Understanding of product specifications and production processes
• Must know the technical rules and standards in the Filtration business of industrial customers
• Project Management knowledge (ideally ProLaunch)
• Strong Business Acumen and ability to work self dependent
• Must be able to work strategically and have analytical skills
• Strong business work ethic, can operate within proper guidelines
• Must have strong customer and service orientation
• Positive attitude and professional behavior required
• Must have strong motivation and hands-on mentality
• Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and management skills
• Ability to influence decision making of key stakeholders
• Must demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospects, and have advanced selling skills, along with the ability to mentor a team to those same disciplines.
• Proven people skills with effective experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating field and inside sales employees.
• Advanced MS Office skills experience in the use of ERP software
• Very good command of Business English is mandatory, fluent in German
• This international function requires willingness to travel frequently
