Job Description •Responsible for accomplishing the stated ETO project objectives. •Coordinate and lead Risk Analysis sessions during final pre-order stage, identifying and addressing issues – establishing mitigation / contingency plans.
•Responsible to lead the internal kick-off meeting sessions with the project team as well lead and organize kick-off meetings with customers to align scope, schedule and any other unclear T&amp;C clause after contract /PO analysis.
•Develop and coordinate an internal communication plan with all stack holders, issuing weekly project reports as well a communication flow with customer, leading all documentation exchange.
•Establish and maintain acceptable customer service standards with respect to negotiation lead times, product lead times, drawing turnaround time and potential claims.
•Continually analyze and interpret customer questions, requirements, or problems
•Generate and keep updated project schedules, identifying critical paths and addressing the mitigation plans, escalating when necessary.
•Keep customer satisfaction with timely, transparent and accurate reports
•Work close to Eaton’s legal department ensuring all aspects of a contract &amp; RFQ response are according to the current legislation, Eaton’s policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) •A bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
•Solid experience in Project Management of ETO projects.
•Must have extensive knowledge of product lines, product engineering technologies, marketing and sales channels, marketing strategies, finance and manufacturing operations.
•Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers, and division and corporate personnel at all management, professional, and technical levels.
•English fluency is desirable

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

A. Operational Activities:
• Delivery of Key SASC business results – DSO, current receivables and collection efficiency.
• Administrate receivables for all SASC divisions.
• AR process management including DSO; current receivables; collection efficiency; cash flow; credit checking; credit note application; cash receipt and banking; aged debtor analysis; credit management; customer query handling; customer monitoring; bad debt analysis and bad debt write-offs recommendation; data base cleanses/integrity of customer information and ledgers; approval and maintenance of customer master file; allowance for doubtful accounts recommendation; guarantee needs/requirements to assure collections; renegotiation extensions in agreement with Controllers divisions; internal customer service; AR process documentation/reviews.
• Monthly reports issuing: Consolidated AR BSC, High Risk Accounts, Credit Reports, Debit Memo Reports, Aging reports, Top Past Dues, Top Customer reports, C&amp;C metrics, C&amp;C attendance, others.
• Provide receivables forecast to the financial area (Treasury).
• Relationship and contract management with Third-Party Collection and Credit Companies (SERASA, D&amp;B, others).
• Support the preparation of the Profit Plan and Rolling Forecast for C&amp;C Dept.

B. Project Implementations/ Improvements:
• Database management and maintenance of AR system module.
• Support integration of acquired business into SASC AR &amp; credit processes (alignment and standardization of AR processes and procedures through all division within SASC).
• Continuous Business Process Improvement (BPI), utilizing technology where appropriate and striving for world-class performance through use of appropriate benchmarks.

C. People Management:
• Performance Management &amp; Measurement (including objectives setting aligned to strategy; performance reviews; employee involvement, development, coaching, mentoring; lead, manage &amp; review performance against targets; reward &amp; recognition)

Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION:
a) Drive the adaptation, implementation and execution of the global product line strategy towards meeting profit plan goals in a specific region. Monitor and manage end-to-end margin for Eaton and across business units and organizations.
b) Provide expert level know-how and support to Eaton organizations in a specific region, representing the product line and facilitate good communication in both directions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Create panel builder growth plans with region marketing for each key country in a region. This includes identifying need for partnering with a panel builder and identifying and ranking potential panel builder candidates
Guide and support region marketing to create and maintain a database of all LV panel builders in the region
Support region sales and marketing in contract negotiations, signing, and relationship building with target panel builders
Coordinate and drive the timely on-boarding process for signed panel builders in the region
Measure and report monthly the progress against plan, key issues, and successes for the region. Identify required service levels
Consolidate voice of customer and work with global and local marketing resources to develop inputs into product roadmaps
Drive and implement product launches and conversions to sales / marketing personnel in the region
Conduct annual business reviews with major panelbuilder partners in conjunction with the GPBPM and region marketing leaders.
Communicate transfer prices and support region Eaton facilities industrialization efforts
Provide tier three technical support and expertise to panelbuilder partners and Eaton resources interfacing with panelbuilder partners
Identify with region marketing the required service levels and customer support needed for the panel builders. Work with region marketing and leadership to create and implement plans to meet the identified needs.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) a) Knowledge and experience within a variety of market segments and geographic regions in the electrical industry
b) Experience in dealing with panel builders as a channel
c) Understanding and experience in dealing with panel builders, sales organization, end-user customers and their requirements. Must be responsive.
d) A thorough knowledge of LV systems, product and application knowledge
e) A good understanding of sound business practices.
f) A minimum of 7 years electrical industry or related field sales or regional marketing experience
g) Ability to communicate across different cultures, geographic areas, and organization hierarchy
h) Experience in sales, marketing, and product launches

C Analyze and reconcile all inventory and inter-company transactions through out Oracle system and manual journal entries as well.
D. Provide accurate Material Price Variance (MPV) financial analysis. Work with Purchase area to breakdown deviations by causal factor: economics, exchange rate, freight and source penalty, among others.
E. Prepare, analyze and provide FAS 151 statement to Division.
F. Prepare Excess, Obsolete and Shrinkage analysis according to the Financial Policy. Work with Logistic personnel to align and evaluate the Financial reserves against the materials E&amp;O projections.
G Participate in all initiatives related to product costing providing timely and accurate financial data support.
H Analyze sales and COGS weekly aimed at identifying problems and deviations against Rolling Forecast.
I. Close all completed WIP jobs and assure inventory transactions are properly posted to GL.
J. Assure month end procedures are accordingly executed. Assure inventory, material and WOC/WIP transactions and reports are properly scheduled and processed.
K. Analyze inventory transactions and implement compensatory controls to properly report the transactions. Work with Business Units and Logistics personnel to improve existing controls.
L. Provide Management and Business Areas with timely, accurate general accounting financial data to support decision making process and act as Truck Finance Specialist with Division, SASC and other Truck Departments in cross-functional teams in special projects, finance projects and other projects as deem necessary.
M. Control and approve the expenses that will have daily e assure that all of them are allocated in the correct accounts e following the forecast.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Position requires Bachelor Degree from a leading university with work experience in cost accounting and finance, English skills (high level). Excellent financial analysis, internal controls and project management skills are essential. Must have US GAAP knowledge and financial statement analysis and be able to work on multiple projects at one time (time management skills). D. Provide accurate Material Price Variance (MPV) financial analysis. Work with Purchase area to breakdown deviations by causal factor: economics, exchange rate, freight and source penalty, among others.
E. Prepare, analyze and provide FAS 151 statement to Division.
F. Prepare Excess, Obsolete and Shrinkage analysis according to the Financial Policy. Work with Logistic personnel to align and evaluate the Financial reserves against the materials E&amp;O projections.

Job Description Eaton Corporation is currently searching for a Product Sales Manager (PSM) to support coupling sales in South America. This position can be locally based near the Sao Paulo facility of Eaton or a home based position.

The PSM will be responsible for increasing Eaton’s market share of couplings in the prescribed regional territory, and supporting global opportunities that link to these regions to achieve the targeted growth of the Eaton, Gromelle and Hansen brands. This will involve working closely with the local Eaton Sales teams, the Business Unit team, and Product Management team to provide coupling expertise and field knowledge in support of overall group strategy. This position is responsible to provide the necessary field support, joint call support and training to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) teams in support of coupling sales in their region. It will involve supporting the ASM team and working directly with strategic OEMs and End Users to ensure coupling specification and presence. Inclusion of additional complimentary, metal based Eaton products may be considered for product support in the future.

Responsible for a geographic region defined as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador. Each PSM is expected to serve as a market expert for the team and be regionally responsible to support this market when required.

This position is expected to operate in an ethical and professional manner to always project Eaton as the best available business partner to targeted customers.

Essential Functions
-Full responsibility to monitor day to day coupling performance in region of responsibility and implement corrective actions and new growth initiatives. Responsible to guide ASM teams in all coupling related areas and make decisions on how best to grow coupling share. Work with ASM teams to execute corrective actions and ensure market share presence remains at appropriate levels.
-Assist with the launch, support and monitor programs developed by Business Development Managers within assigned customer base.
-Maintain effective communication across all Eaton sales, product management and product support teams through a sound understanding of the Eaton strategies.
-Where appropriate and requested, participate in marketing trade shows and events.
-Provide key input and participation in the development and execution of product development/modification projects to meet the needs of Coupling product growth.
-Maintain and submit activity planning, region progress update and tracking tool.
-Review regional performance for opportunities and changes in share, implementing strategic initiatives and corrective actions as required. Understand regional markets and competition, be able to effectively communicate this is a growth plan and support business unit understanding of regional opportunities and challenges.
-Manage and report performance against stated expense budget.

This position will have direct responsibility for coupling growth in specific states/provinces referenced above in Essential Functions; manage individual travel budget; achieve Coupling growth targets and support maintenance of baseline sales through guidance and support of ASM team.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
-Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial sales role required
-Must be minimum of bi-lingual with English as secondary language
-Must have a valid and current passport and be able to travel to the United States.
-No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the territory will be considered for this position.

-Analytical ability to understand trends and changes in market and sales.
-Must be extremely organized and an effective time manager.

Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Analyze sales/service small/ medium contracts checking financial, administrative and commercial aspects in order to guarantee a complete, safe and feasible agreement between Eaton and customers
Participate on customers meetings under supervision in order to negotiate delivery, pricing and projects’ changes
Follow up and control purchasing, manufacturing and delivering processes of the products, working closely to Procurement, Planning and Logistics analysts
Input customer’s orders and contracts data into the system
Maintain document files and database up to date
Process financial conciliation when on the agreement expiration period
Attend meetings as required
Provide administrative support when required
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Bachelor Degree in Administration, Business or related fields
3-5 years of experience in administrative issues
Multi-tasking, organizational skills, and attempted to details

• Coordinate, implement and participate in programs and corporate events, through the preparation of material and preparation of action plans to ensure that the requirements of philosophy, values, ethics and corporate policies are met;
• Implement recognition program, by defining policies, setting up processes to motivate participation, calculation of the award and issuance of certificates, to obtain indications of improvements in work processes, as well as in the corporate environment;
• Run internal communication activities, through the development of various communications, updating and organizing the bulletin boards, e-mails, etc. to disseminate information of general interest;
• Oversee the process of hiring new employees, through the design and collection of signature in the relevant documents, entering data in computer system integration and participation in order to fulfill legal requirements and keep you informed about their rights and duties;
• Oversee closing of the payroll through the tracking and conference activities, to make the leaf and the consequent payment to employees;
• Carry out activities related to benefits provided to employees, through negotiations with suppliers, management of company benefits, guidance to employees, developing employee satisfaction survey with existing benefits and market trends and suggest policies to provide improved quality of life of employees;
• Analysis and process changes on registration change of position, promotions, transfers between units, etc., over the allocation of data in the computerized system to keep the file updated as well as contribute to decision making;
• Represent the company as representative before official bodies, trade unions and other associations, through personal involvement and information provided to meet legal requirements and negotiated, as well as protect the company against potential fines;
• Leading and coaching teams, through meetings and providing coaching to generate results, get constant motivation and meet current standards;
• Maintain company's image with the community where we operate, through the analysis of companies listed to receive donations, establishing procedures and observation of laws, to maintain a harmonious relationship.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) • Bachelor degree in Psychology or Business Administration,
• At least 5 years of experience as RH Analyst Senior or 3 three years as RH Supervisor,
• Fluent English;
• Deep knowledge of HR Development area, Assessment &amp; Selection of talents, Training &amp; Development, Employee Survey, talents retention planning;
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits and labor;
• Microsoft Office and Oracle.
