Eaton Corporation Marketing Manager Residential Building (m/f) in Bonn, Germany
The marketing manager is responsible for working with the sales organization, local marketing and regional segment marketing manager to drive profitable growth through developing integrated campaigns targeting installers and partners in the following industry segment: residential.
Drive the implementation of the EMEA residential segment strategy in Germany
Define integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns for the residential segment
Develop marketing content, campaigns, and programs (email newsletter, direct mail, collateral, website content, SEO, social marketing, events, blogs, display advertising, etc.) targeting installers and electrical wholesalers
Work closely with EMEA marketing to contribute to define campaign topics and persona as well as message map development
Implement centrally developed marketing activities in Germany
Collect and share local VOC, market dynamics, competitive landscape with the divisions and Central Marketing segment
Drive customer participation in local segment events, conferences, roadshowsDrive training of local sales teams to ensure full familiarity with campaign content
Work closely with sales to implement operational action plans, set up growth plan and targets with sales leaders
+ + BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. MBA and/or technical background is a plus.
7+ years of experience in building integrated B2B on- and offline campaigns as well as determining program effectiveness, ROI, etc.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams, matrix organizational settings in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation and lead nurturing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to present to senior management.
Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.
Plus: Experience in residential products and technologies including power distribution and circuit protection, life safety components as well as smart home automation products.
Plus: Graphical skills.
