Eaton Corporation Client Sales Manager Cloud and Finance EMEA in Aylesbury, United Kingdom
Client Executive managing customers such as Apple, Google and AWS plus a number of named Global financials in EMEA. The position is primarily to Lead Eaton’s commercial engagement with these customers on current a future project across the EMEA region. In addition the role will be responsible for developing business with a number of other US HQ’d nominated global customers mainly in the Finance sector centered on UK and Germany.
Retain and Grow. Deliver against sales and revenue targets. Drive Eaton’s sales pipeline with these customers increasing the business mix for Eatons diverse portfolio. Deliver against short / medium term forecast and create growth opportunities longer term
Build and lead a virtual team to include Eaton Sales and business functions across EMEA such as country sales, service delivery, project management, product business development and executive sponsors.
Work with the US HQ Client lead to become an extended member of the team and become an expert in the clients business, strategy and operations.
Improve awareness of Eaton and the Eaton brand by building relationships with new contacts across clients business, Eatons partner network and with industry Ecosystem partners to include consultants, other vendors and contractors.
Growth. Cross Sell to drive new business opportunities, either directly or working with partners in the areas of Power Distribution, Energy Storage, IT Infrastructure and Eaton Services.
Leadership. Produce and Manage a strategic customer business plan with contribution and buy in from all the Eaton business stakeholders.
Team contribution. Work within a direct peering team of senior sales people but also with a virtual peering team extending into country sales and business units. Provide appropriate insight on broader the market impact of cloud and financial customers assisting to identify new opportunities for the business.
Educated to Degree level and / or Appropriate experience in a senior sales or sales leadership role within a global business.
A background in either energy, power electronics or with technical experience in cloud and IT and ability to learn from peers
Results focused and with a proven track record in over delivering
Be a practitioner in selling business value
Commercial knowledge, Balance sheet savvy and ability to negotiate
Experience or knowledge of the cloud and IT industry and / or associated Data Center market preferred
Leadership skills to build and manage an international functional team
Demonstrated ability to inspire and coordinate others
Fluent in written and spoken English, Other language skills are beneficial
Strong organization, communication and project management skills
Ability to take the Initiative with demonstrable self-management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
