Eaton Corporation Project Sales Manager in AE-City, United Arab Emirates

Primary Function:

To Drive profitable project sales of Low Voltage distribution and control products with clients, consultants and contractors in Dubai

Essential Function:

  • Possesses strong relationships within region with project stakeholders. (client/consultants/contractors/panel builders/regulators/authorities)

  • Possesses strong technical skills around LV Switchgear & Power Distribution

  • Possesses strong understanding of commercial processes and matrices.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in UAE projects business, with focus on Dubai market

  • Possesses strong sales skills

  • Able to track and maintain a strong pipeline of project opportunities within region.

  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, and guide and direct their sales teams to selectively target / track / quote close projects.

  • Able to navigate within complex project opportunities to identify, connect and positively influence decision makers amongst the stake holders , through the project lifecycle.

  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively in a matrix organization making optimum use of resources / tools available

  • Able to generate, commit to and consistently deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts.

  • Able to collect, qualify and communicate market intelligence data (technical / commercial) back into the organization.

  • Able to present Eaton’s entire product portfolio to potential customers and generate opportunities for all Eaton products.

  • Able to identify market situation opportunities , gaps, customer requirements, competitor actions etc. and identify & communicate tactical / strategic action plans.



  • Networking and Relationship building

  • Effective communication.

  • Technical Knowledge : LV Switchgear & Power Distribution

  • Negotiating & Finalizing contracts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

  • 7+ years experience in similar sales role in electrical industry.

  • Driving License is a must.

  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
